Sausage Potato Soup

1 pound sausage -- Neese's
8 cups potatoes -- peeled and cubed
1/2 cup onion -- diced
1/4 cup celery -- diced
pinch salt
1/4 cup sour cream
6 cups water
Boil potatoes, onion, and celery with salt and water, about 15 minutes, until done. Cook sausage and drain off fat. Add sausage to potatoes and remove from heat. Stir in sour cream and keep warm.
