TOMATO PUDDING

Tomato Pudding

Servings : 10

1 quart tomatoes, cooked
3/4 cup stuffing -- dry
sugar -- to taste
salt -- to taste
pepper -- to taste
1 tablespoon butter

Place tomatoes in casserole, add stuffing mix. Sprinkle lightly with sugar, salt, pepper, and butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Turn oven off and let sit for 10 more minutes. In place of stuffing you can use lightly toasted bread crumbled up.
