Squash Casserole

Servings : 8
3 cups squash -- peeled, chopped
4 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup onions -- chopped
1/2 cup cheddar cheese -- grated
1 cup bisquick« baking mix
3 dashes parmesan cheese
Mix all together. Place in sprayed or greased baking dish. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
