Squash in the Shell

Servings : 4
4 large squash -- whole
1 cup cornbread -- crumbs, cold
1 small onion -- diced
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 egg
1/2 stick butter
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup catsup
Boil four large squash until tender. Cool, cut in half longways. Take the center out and put into mixing bowl. Mix in other ingredients, salting and peppering to taste. Put back into squash shell.. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Top each with cheese while hot until cheese melts. Add catsup and serve.
