JALAPENO COCKTAIL PIE

Jalapeno Cocktail Pie

Servings : 6

3 jalapeno peppers
1 pound cheddar cheese, shredded -- sharp,
6 eggs -- beaten

Seed and chop peppers. Sprinkle into a well greased 9 inch square baking pan. Cover with cheese. Pour eggs over cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Cool and cut into one inch squares.
