Grilled Onions and Potatoes

3 large red potatoes
2 medium white onions
3 cloves garlic -- minced
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/8 cup Creole seasoning
Cut potatoes into one inch cubes, leaving skin on. Cut onions into one inch strips. Put potatoes and onions in a bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Cover with plastic wrap and shake well to mix ingredients. Wrap mixture in aluminum foil and twist ends to seal. Cook on grill over medium heat for approximately 45 minutes or until desired
