This recipe is a good use of fresh Basil and other herbs from your garden and is very simple.
1 rack of baby pork back ribs
1 teaspoon garlic powder or several (6) cloves of fresh garlic, each smashed with a spoon
6 leaves of fresh basil
12 leaves of fresh sage
1/2 cup Olive Oil
1/2 cup Balsamic Vinegar
Cut a piece of plastic wrap sufficient to wrap the rack of ribs and to seal it. Place the rack of ribs in the center of the plastic wrap. Add all ingredients. Fold the edges over to make a sealed pouch with the seams at the top so that ingredients do not leak out. Tear off a piece of aluminum foil sufficient to enclose the ribs in a second envelope. Again, place the seams up after enclosing the first packet to avoid leaking. Place on a cookie sheet or other oven baking dish and cook for one hour at 325 degrees.
